A culinary day
We don’t just work in the kitchen ourselves, we are also connoisseurs through and through. That’s why we only cook with high-quality ingredients as a matter of principle. Preferably from local farmers, of course, and always fresh. Whenever and wherever possible, we use organic products and seasonal delicacies. This results in unique taste experiences that we serve to you and your loved ones from morning to night.
In the morning
Coffee is made at seven in the morning (and a delicious breakfast buffet is served): sweets from the in-house patisserie, homemade waffles, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice, freshly prepared egg dishes, seasonal fruit, and so much more – what’s not to love? And one more thing that our guests really appreciate: we serve the finest salmon and sparkling wine.
Daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.
In the afternoon
When you’re feeling a bit peckish, we have just the thing for you. A wellness snack in the afternoon with fresh salads and hearty dishes from the region, an ice cream buffet and sweet specialities from our in-house patisserie.
Daily from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
In the evening
À la carte, or rather entirely according to your wishes is the motto of the evening in our restaurant, Der Postwirt – because a good day deserves a crowning glory. With plenty of passion, chefs Christoph Pfister and Simon Hundsbichler conjure up culinary delights from grandfather’s kitchen and international specialities. The result? A 5-course menu in the evening made from regional and seasonal ingredients. Once a week, host Willi Pfister himself is at the barbeque for you, searing the finest meat and crunchy vegetables. Simply delicious!
The start of the menu begins between 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
