Useful information about your holiday
- Arrival & departure: Your room will be available at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. We ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Late check-out can be booked on-site for an extra charge of € 80 per person, subject to availability. You are welcome to use our Neue Post Spa incl. pool and wellness snack for € 30.
- Bill: You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC card, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Booking confirmation: The booking confirmed by us in writing will only be valid after receipt of your deposit.
- You can transfer the deposit to our account free of charge by EU standard bank transfer.

- Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained. In case of an early departure, late arrival or cancellation, we charge the cancellation fee according to the regulations of the Austrian hotel regulations.
- For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, there are no cancellation fees.
- In case of a cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, we charge 50% of the total travel price.
- In case of a cancellation in the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the total travel price.
In order to protect you from unforeseen costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
- Forgotten items will be kept until the end of the season. If we do not receive any information by then, your item(s) will be donated to charity.
- ¾ pampering board: Please note that the booked ¾ pampering board menu can only be consumed in the designated ¾ pampering board area, not in our à la carte restaurant.
- Non-smoking rooms: We kindly point out that smoking is forbidden throughout the Hotel Neue Post.
- Packed lunches: For a fee of €8.00 per person, you can order packed lunches. In case of early departure, instead of breakfast, the packed lunch is free of charge.
- Pets: We charge an additional €25.00 per day (without food) for your four-legged friend (max. 20 kg). Please note that animals are not allowed in the spa or the dining room. They are also not permitted in every room category. We reserve the right to charge for any final cleaning.
- Reception time: 24 hours a day.
- We can take table reservations and table requests into account, depending on availability.
- Room preferences: Please understand that it is possible to book room categories, but not the reservation of certain rooms and floors.
- Single room surcharge: If one person occupies a double room, we charge a supplement of €35.00 in summer and €45.00 in winter.
- Subject to change without notice: We would like to draw your attention to the fact that services may be changed or cancelled due to the season or weather conditions.
